I run a 5 star Air Conditioning company and I need a contractor that can do any number of things that come up during the course of our day to day operations that are outside of our scope of work. I rely on Alan and What’s Next Remodeling all the time for projects. Everything from drywall repair, framing, electrical, plumbing, welding, fencing. It doesn’t matter what I need done. I call What’s Next and that’s it. I know it’s going to get taken care of promptly, properly, at a fair price, and best of all, my customers love them. Expectations were exceeded. I can not say enough positive things about Rene, Alan, and their team. The quote- this was the only company (out of 4) who provided a detailed itemized quote instead of a laundry list of things to be done with one final price (despite requesting it from all of them). Quality- the attention to detail, the respect for our home and our things, and the fact that they cleaned up everything at the end of the day was second to none…and most importantly…they did not take any shortcuts! The crew- not only did Alan come everyday to our home, but his “foreman” was also here all day, every day. I know it is a concern of some, so I will address it here- there were no communication issues at all. Everyone was hardworking and enjoyable to work with. We will be using What’s Next Remodeling in the future, without a doubt. They were wonderful to work with, and did I already mention how clean they were? Well, it is worth mentioning again!
