LIFE SAVER! Alan is a blessing. We JUST finished a kitchen & laundry remodel with Alan and his team literally 3 weeks prior to the winter storm hitting in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area (you can see my wife, Kasi's review). Unfortunately, we had multiple pipes burst due to them freezing. Our kitchen and upstairs bathroom flooded & I mean FLOODED. My wife and I felt a panic like we've never felt before. Not sure of who to call, my wife called Alan for a suggestion. Alan showed up within the HOUR to help! I can't tell you how thankful we were to have him. He didn't do it to attract more business. He knew that we were struggling and offered to help. He and his team braved the dangerous roads, came over during their off time and fixed the pipes, dried the floors and cabinets and resealed the walls! We are MILES ahead of the many unfortunate people who had to deal with the weather simply because Alan cares about you and your family. If you don't have a family or all you care about is timing of a project? Great. He is prompt and on the spot when it comes to longevity of projects.
